Since 2004, NEUF architect(e)s has designed approximately 85% of the buildings in this European-inspired village, which now consists of 2,500 condominiums and single-family residences, as well as numerous hotels.

The pedestrian village at the foot of the mountain is kept lively both winter and summer by boutiques and restaurants that line the public spaces.
