The rebranding and new offices were widely recognized within the industry. In particular, the quality of the space and signage impressed the Jury of the Grand Prix du Design, noting that they were integral to the success of the project.
In 2012, to mark 40 years of constant evolution, DCYSA decided to re-launch under a new banner: NEUF architect(e)s – a complete re-brand that also involved a move to new offices.
NEUF architect(e)s is located on the 32nd story of 630 boulevard René-Lévesque West in Montreal. Built between 1960 and 1962 and designed by Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, this international-style tower is one of Montreal’s first modern skyscrapers.
Formerly occupied by BMO Harris Private Banking, the new layout sought to preserve the original wood paneling and intricate herringbone parquet floor. The renovations aligned precisely with our focus on preserving historical character, something we’ve showcased in many of our projects.
