Located near Cabot Square in Shaughnessy Village, the site of the Children Memorial Hospital, vacant since its relocation in 2015, was redeveloped for six residential towers. One of the towers was designed by Lemay + NEUF, with landscape architecture by the BC2 group.

As the tallest, Tower 1 is an urban landmark between Atwater Avenue and René-Lévesque Boulevard. A covered forecourt anchors it in its immediate context, while simultaneously ensuring the transition between public and private. The program mixes commercial units, retirement homes, and high-end condominiums across the floors, all benefiting from various collective and private terraces.
