Progress of the Cite Midtown site

The NEUF architect(e)s team visited the Cite Midtown site to see the quick progress of phase 1, scheduled for delivery in 2021. Located near Royalmount, at the entrance to Ville Saint Laurent, this new eco-district will be part of a pedestrian network connecting to surrounding shops and restaurants. Its courtyard buildings are organized around shared amenities integrating urban agriculture, creating a lively community and fostering links between its residents.
