1111 Atwater : work is progressing

Work on 1111 Atwater is progressing at a rapid pace! Located on the site of the former Children’s Memorial Hospital, the project will eventually comprise six towers, one of which will be the work of a consortium between Lemay + NEUF, with landscaping by Groupe BC2. This tower will be a landmark between Avenue Atwater and Boulevard René-Lévesque, and will blend into the historical context thanks to a covered forecourt. Its floors will include businesses, a seniors’ residence and high-end condominiums.
