CinéNEUF : 1st edition

On Tuesday, September 21, the first edition of CinéNEUF was held at the Cinéma Moderne. Our colleagues rediscovered *Le chantier du CHUM mis en scène*, a series of nine video clips directed by Karine Savard, and saw the premiere of *Épilogue* by Raphaël Thibodeau and Paysages (Daniel Robinson and Charles Montambault). Several short architectural films from our most recent acquisitions completed the program.
Organized as part of our anniversary celebrations, this event was an opportunity to launch our new video library. As a complement to our collection of books (acquired over several decades), the film collection continues the tradition established by Roger Desmarais, the firm's founder, who was a great lover (and collector) of art, science, and literature. Offering a separate space from the firm's daily production, these physical and digital tools are vital for the development of creativity and inspiration by stimulating the mind and enriching the overall process.
