MoreNEUF architect(e)s is currently looking for an Architectural Graduate / Digital Designer to join its Montreal team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Design Digital team is looking for a new candidate. We specialize in offering a complete solution for architectural graphic presentations, using renderings, animations and virtual reality models, starting with mass models established for conceptual studies to complex three-dimensional animations.
SKILLS
• Bachelor of architecture or urban design or environmental design (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of architectural experience with Sketchup and Rhino
• Minimum 4 years of architectural experience with 3d Studio Max and Photoshop
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and quality of the finished product
• Team spirit

MoreNEUF architect(e)s is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its Montreal team.
RESPONSABILITIES
NEUF architect (e) s is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the partners of the firm, meet the day-to-day needs of the business and manage general administrative activities. The main tasks of the position include:
• Produce documents, reports and forms;
• Process and classify the documentation of the various internal and external project stakeholders;
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, copying, scanning, etc.;
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports;
• Develop and maintain a filing system;
• Respond to questions and requests from partners by providing the necessary information and administrative support;
• Develop and update administrative procedures;
• Replace the receptionist as needed;
• Perform all other related administrative tasks.REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities;
• Fluent in French and English with oral and written communication skills;
• Familiarity with the construction industry and / or design is an asset;
• Confirmed experience in document management is an asset;
• Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
• Ability to communicate, autonomy, aptitude for analysis and problem solving, team spirit;
• Excellent time management skills, ability to identify priorities and demonstrate thoroughness;
• Great desire to learn and develop new knowledge;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential;
• Knowledge of creating, annotating and editing PDFs;
• Knowledge of the SharePoint platform, an asset.SALARY AND BENEFITS
